About Me
Just a girl who has a passion for communication and teaches kiddos to sing and dance.
Education
After being homeschooled from preschool to high school graduation, I was excited to get out into the world of higher education. I started my college journey at Collin College in the Fall of 2020. After two years there, I decided to transfer to The University of Texas at Dallas to pursue my B.A. in Visual and Performing Arts with a concentration in Communication Studies.

Communication
The journey to Communication Studies came from my desire to tell stories, but grew to mean so much more. Through theater, I learned valuable life skills in empathy, confidence, collaboration, and integrity. My development into the communication field allows me to put those skills to practice. My dream is to use my communication knowledge to help organizations thrive and create positive environments for their community.

UTD has challenged me to become a stronger communicator, researcher, and learner.

Theater
Performing in plays and musicals has been a part of my life since I was in third grade. I have always had a passion for storytelling. When I was young, I told stories by performing on the stage. In 2021, I moved into directing children's theater where I learned to inspire young students to tell stories and be themselves on the stage. Now, I tell stories by crafting meaningful, audience-centric messages through spoken, written, and visual mediums.
Fun Facts
When I am not working hard at school or saving the world one jazz square at a time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our families, and our friends. I love to bake and try new recipes. I whole-heartedly believe that any day is better off with cookies in it. If you were to hand me the TV remote and tell me to turn something on, I would likely turn on either a Star Wars movie or whatever sitcom I am going through at the time.
